Status: offline 		of course we can. When i was a pro sub i chose with whom i was happy to engage with and with whom not. I was my own boss in that respect and therefore i chose who got into my pants and who didnt.

Status: offline 		PEOPLE GET PAID TO BE SUBMISSIVE?! What the.... I have to pay someone 200 dollars (which i do not have) for my efforts of being a submissive to an individual while others get paid for being submissive. Where is the logic in this?

Status: offline 		Private actors CAN discriminate, so yes. Goverment or any private actors that receive goverment funds to further their business cannot, or it is "state action." I'm going to hazard a WILD guess that no pro doms are receiving government funds for their business......

Status: offline 		Yes they can refuse anyone. The only way it might be mandated that they take on all clients is if the government was subsidising their funds.
