Okay this thread is for all of those people dom/subs whatever that need that morning coffee. The elixar of life that just makes life either worth while or makes life happen. Any fancy process, rituals, or whatever this is the place for it.

For me coffee coffee is an evening and morning ritual. At night the last thing I do before bed is make my coffee and put on the timer. That means no more anything needs to be done the day has officially ended! (Unless My Lady is staying the night then she makes it.) I make exactly two cups using filtered water, non-bleached filters, and am going through a current craze of New Orleans style Community Coffee brand. In the morning I take it with two teaspoons granulated turbo sugar, and amaretto creamer. I then sit on the front porch and nurse it for all its worth and watch the sun rise.

Its a simple vice but one I like. Okay anybody else?

I make the darkest, strongest coffee I can make. I fill the basket. I drink it for headaches, half a cup at a time, two cups a day. So drinking it for me is... coffee is life and I have no life without it.

Coffee is my only vice, and I would not quit it for anyone. My former dom wanted me to quit, tried to force me to, which is one of the reasons he is my former dom

Microwave a Mug of milk, add 2 heaped spoons of instant coffee and stir.

If I have time I use the espresso machine to dump a triple shot of coffee in the bottom of the mug and add hot milk.

5 to 8 a day and strong tea in between.

A day without and im a grumpy man.

I make a double long espresso every morning with hot, frothy unsweetened soy milk every morning before leaving for work and that is often the only coffee I have during the day. I might stop by a café (I live near the best espresso place in town) and have an espresso or after dinner when I'm out if I know the place makes a good one.

I'm really not fond of filter or drip coffee. I do however have a French press which I'll make coffee with now and then on the weekends.

I adore coffee but I've been spoiled with the most amazing coffee so I've gotten really picky.

I tell to my friends: If caffeine addiction was as dangerous as alcoholism or drugs (maybe it is, I'm not sure!), I would need to be rehabilitated. Feeling like coffee is my fuel for long intellectual activities.

I usually use my French press and variable types of beans (I like trying beans from different locations) for my homemade coffee. Nescafé's espresso is something else that I love, as well, especially with cold milk and ice.

I go days without coffee now but have been seriously hooked on it in the past, as in going through headaches, no sleep, bitchy withdrawal type hooked.
Now the littleone, she is a caffeine junkie, to the point that, over much caterwauling, I have placed a 5 PM coffee ban to combat her insomnia.
No shit-that command right there has been about as close to hitting a forfuckingGod real limit than anything else I have ever done, and that includes cigars, clamps, pliers and skewers.
Coffee is serious bidness.

2-3 cups each morning....Seattle's Best Hazelnut flavor (my pick of the moment ) mixed with a splash of raw milk and either 2 stevia packets or one of the hideous pink packets...stir slowly and enjoy while watching the world wake up from my kitchen windows.

I also like to pick up a cafe au lait from the coffee shop near my workplace around 3pm once in a while as a pick-me-up.

I love my coffee!

I gotta add, if you are gonna do coffee, do it right. Get some good beans, not that Starbucks crap, run it through a French press. Make it good and thick, like a strong espresso. Take some condensed milk (that sweet sugary syrupy stuff), pour it in your coffee cup. Slowly pour the thick coffee into the milk, thus you don't scald it.
Voila.
Vietnamese Coffee, the best shit in the world-better even than Cafe AuLait and fresh beignets at the Cafe DuMonde, and that's saying something.

did you try the single serving tea-bag types (Folgers in the one i tried)? I HATE instant coffee and was really surprised by how good this stuff was.

I work nights and sleep during the day so my weekdays begin approximately at 5:30pm. I set my coffee maker up before I go to sleep but I don't set the timer in case I wish to hit the snooze button a time or two. I have two cups when I wake up. I prefer Starbucks Italian Roast with two packets of Apriva (Kroger Splenda)and a splash of heavy whipping cream. Occasionally on weekend mornings I will splurge and have three cups. I brew one more cup before work and carry it in my traveler mug.

This is my favorite coffee mug. It is totally me:

2 to 3 cups in the morning for me. Many here know I am the supplier of fine coffee to my friends. I get it free from my ex. His company distributes coffee and beverges locally. I Like Intelligencia which is roasted in chicago and Lavazza, which is an italian coffee. You can get these brands at www.getcaffeine.com

I love my coffee in the morning.  I prefer it black and unsweetened.  But I'll drink flavored coffee, too.  Those latte's and capuccino's are just fattening (but delicious) snacks for me, but don't do anything for the real coffee fix I need.  I make a pot every morning before I start my day and drink til I don't want anymore.  Don't usually finish the pot, but have been known to on some days.

I make very very strong thick arab coffee into which I put a lot of honey and cream. Lack of this makes me dangerous to be near, I am like a grizzly with his nuts caught in a trap. My favoured night time drink is espresso strength coffee in a mug with navy rum and honey.
If I'm out dining, I like Jack daniels in coffee with a lot of cream and sugar.
I once had arab coffee under the stars in the middle of a desert and that stays with me as one of my favourite memories.

Well my user name says it all.

I prefer caffeine to alcohol and like alcohol you should be easy with it. That said, there are days when I drink pints of the stuff.

I know of no drink better than a smooth latte. I almost at regular at some coffee shops I buy so many lattes. Incidentally, one coffee shop I haunt told me they get through about 50 pints of milk an hour.

At home, I'll have a good quality instant, but only Fair Trade or something similar.

16oz mug, 8ish oz of steamed milk, add hot tar like substance and YUMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One of those in the morning and I am a happy woman.
