I agree, the amount of African scammers make it very dificult to discerne just exactly what is genuine and what is not. Me, as a rule. I ignore anything from certain countries in Africa, which has made me question whether my stance is right or not, but when there is a stronger than strong possibility that the applyee might be a scam artist, I tend to err on the side of caution. It is very sad, and I do feel for those who are genuine, but others in their country ruin it for them. But scammers can come from any country, but this website specifically warns against communication with certain African countries, our reticence to deal with them,is observed education from this website.
