this girl and another slave were speaking and discovered that we both have a disorder called "necropathy". it is a condition where one loses feeling, i.e. they do not feel pain like most do. we were wondering if any other slaves, pain sluts and subs have the same thing. please let us know.

Are you saying that you, under normal circumstances, don't feel pain as others do or are you saying that, as play continues, you loose feeling? The latter is common.

It seems to me that could be dangerous if you are a masochist. If you can't feel pain normally you would certainly have to trust your dom not to injure you. JMHO

If you aren't feeling the pain under normal circumstances, you could be experiencing an area where the nerves are pinched or dead. Pain is a sympton that warns you of danger, if you lose that sympton you can be open to serious injury.
I have a pinched nerve in the groin area, that leaves the back and side of my right thigh completely without feeling. I know this because the doctor stuck pins in my thigh and I didn't feel a thing. There is a cure, surgery, but I figured that was worse than not feeling pins in my thighs. And of course when I get swatted there, it's all good because I don't feel it. LOL

we are well aware of the reason pain is felt.
due to the fact that this girl does not feel pain under normal, or any other circumstances, she is NOT a masochist, it would be too easy for her to be seriously injured.
and her Master knows of this and uses the proper caution.
this girl and her friend were only courious if other sub/slaves have the same condititon, to one degree or another.
this girl knows when heat is applied to her skin because she feels a tightening of the skin in that area, and if the blows are hard enough or the instrument is thin, this girl can feel a slight stinging sensation.
hell, she had invasive surgery without any kind of pain killer, that lasted for 6 hours and never made a sound, except for the conversation she was having with the surgeon.

this girl just foud out the she misspelled the name of the condition. it is not "necropathy", it is "neuroapathy". this girl apologizes for the confusion.

Neuropathy is usually a symptom of an underlying disease. If you don't know the cause of your neuropathy, suggest you consult an MD.

this girl has and she has a disease called psoriatic atrophy. it affects her tendons, causes them to stiffen up, and makes scaley patches on her skin. it is NOT contagious or acute, but can be extreamly annoying. the neuroapathy is the only symptom that is constant.

I suffered a shattered spine three years ago, that left me in a wheel chair untill this last October.  The Doctors said Id never walk, and lucky for me, as I was a nurse for so long, I had learned some tricks that I believe saved me from not walking agian, and I do now indeed walk.  The loss of feeling due to an injury, or disease, or simply being someone thats nerve endings are deeper then others are, can all make an huge effect on ones responses, as well as choices.  Ive found that I believe that I can except and handle more, then I think I can.  Lucky for me, my Dom/Master is aware of my situation, and watches out for me...and as well will decide when Ive had enough of somthing.  Anyone, that  has a situation where they dont "feel" normally, needs to be very carefull that they inform their partner of their situation....for their own safty.  Causing further damage, and not even knowing you are doing so, is not something you wish to do...nor would your partner.  I dont believe that anyone with a problem, or situation, would then be thought of as a masochist, because there really isnt any choice in what you can or can not feel.  As my Dom/Master puts it..."we will find out what" I can handle safely, and what will be pushing it for me.  But on the cuff, I do think he likes the fact that I can take a bit more then alot of others can, I believe that does please him to know that we can at times pass what some would feel is a limit...and yet, hes very careful to not over do things with me, and always makes sure Im pleased as well.  I agree, pain to a point, is necessary, but...as Sir says, there is a difference between hurting someone and harming them.  So, as long as you have a good Dom/Master, who knows of your situation, and watches out for you, I really dont see where there should be a problem with being a sub...at least I havent found one yet.

greeting

I saw this on one of the talk show, they have a little girl
who could not feel any type of pain at all! This is very dangerous not
something a submissive who can not feel pain should even be thinking of!!!!!!
From what i learn from this illness it is an illmess not a blessing for
a slave to think they can go on and on with a beating.
This little girl had burn herself broken bones because she could
not feel anything. If this is the same thing i think
your asking for some serious trouble? These two subs are looking for
what? The little girl had broken her hip and did not know nor did her patrents
so she did you know she was in pain i really hope that these two submissive
do not have this disoder because they will never feel a beating or
be able to tell them a sign to stop

best wishes
mons/jane

this girl CAN feel pain, but not the way most others do.
fire only feels like a tightening of the skin. she can feel the sting of a whip, but it takes a harder blow, this girl's Master is VERY aware of it and uses the proper precautions.
this girl is 44 years old and has been this way all of her life, she has learned to adjust.
she never had a broken bone until she was in her 20's, except for her skull and that is another story.
every time this girl has gotten a new Master, her mother asks if she thinks she can withstand it (mom is a slave also, but a mom nonetheless) this girl's answer has always been, " when have you ever seen me flinch from fire?"
mom, "never"
this girl "when was the last time you heard me say 'ouch'?"
mom, "it's been a long, long time."
this girl, "have i ever come to you with a lifestyle related wound or broken bone?"
mom, "never."

Did you mean psoriatic arthritis?

i would wonder if it is possible for a person who cannot feel pain as pain to be a masochist.

Just musing here, but if a masochist finds pleasure in pain, and then a person cannot feel pain in the "normal sense," is it possible for that person to be a masochist?

Ohhhh, if they were, how rought it would be, to crave it, and not be able to have it without dangerous levels of infliction. But if one has never had it, can they crave i?

MLskajira, to answer your question, i don't personally know of anyone with that condition to the extreme you have it. Though i do know people with numb places, or pinched nerves, that have body parts that do not feel pain.

Lady JulieAnn, no Ma'am, what this girl has is called atrophy, it is a rare condition.
5 years after she was diagnosed with it, she found out that the man who was "the elephant man's" dr. died of it. freaked this girl out she must say. her condition is not that severe, but there nevertheless.

sanita, this girl does not get her joy from pain, but from serving her Master, but that is something to muse about.

a patient of mine has neuropathy. he has it in his legs and feet. cant feel pain at all. he has this due to his diabetes. in fact, he told me of how the doctor performed a small surgery on his foot. the doctor had to dig way down into his foot to get an infection out left a big hole and he didnt even blink once. thats the only time ive heard of neuropathy... dealing with the elderly.

this girl had abdominal surgery without any pain killers at all. it lasted 4 hours and the only sounds this girl made during the whole thing was the conversation she had with the surgeon. it got uncomfortable a couple of times, mostly when he was sewing this girl's belly back up, but otherwise, it didnt make that big of an impression on this girl

how did you do that without pain killers... i mean did you just sk the doctor not to give it to you? there have many times, though rae, that people undergo surgery and the anesthesia messes up. there are a few parts to make the cocktail. and some people have woken up from their surgery and can feel the pain! imagine yourself having surgery and waking up and feeling everything going on but you can not move or talk to tell the doctor whats going on! i can only say wow!

My mother regained consciousness while under anesthetia during surgery once.  She didn't feel anything, thankfully, but she remembered the conversation the surgeon's were having during her operation because she distinctly remembered the surgeon saying to his staff that they had nicked a bleeder.

This sounds like diabetic neuropathyor nutritional neuropathy. Elderly that are  diabetics can suffer this.... as you described here.

I got to reading this because  I have neuropathy. But where you feel little pain. I feel a lot of pain. Mines called Inherited Peripheral Neuropathy. Because mines in the same place on both sides of the body. I suffer from motor nerve damage.

Most people who suffer from Peripheral neuropathy don't know what caused it to begin with. So many thing can cause it. All we have been able to do is establish that I inherited from my natural father.  It wasn't discovered in me till AFTER my back surgery and no one could figure out why I wasn't healing properly. Because of the screw up of not testing for it before the surgery.... I'll now suffer from pain the rest of my life. And medicated. I've already worked my way up to morphine... and now back down with the methadone due to addiction. They've informed me i'll be on pain meds the rest of my life. Some days i'm in so much pain i'm paralyzed. Some days I need the use of a walker to get around... and then I go days... weeks.. with no problems.. when it hits.. lock the door and put up the the do not disturb sign...lmao

being a love of pain in a sexual manner though.. goes without saying. With my nevers running on high all the time... i feel more .... faster. Than others that love pain. But only in certain areas. Where I can tolerate more pain in one area, I can not in another. It's called touch and see.... LOL

Makes for play time to be very interresting sometimes. This is why I always inform a Dom that's interrested in me of my medical condition. So that they know, I may scream for more when working one area.. but will scream for mercy in another.
