Your point is not very clear.
You seem to be saying that these people have paid thier taxes for the services that they use but that they do not get all of the services that they pay for and you are upset that they are getting any of the services that they paid for.
My family took hostile fire to protest "taxation with representation" and you want to wipe your ass on the constitution that their efforts produced.
Somehow I am not at all comfortable with that position.
