One of the difficult things with fulfilling your criteria is that in doing so, there is a good chance they will eventually blow their careers. Police departments generally do not like abusive cops... (it is bad for public image). Also, if they lose their tempers at home, they tend to lose it at work as well which sets up the city/town for law suits. Creating that dynamic is very controlling/not submissive btw. However, being the ever-helpful poster that I am, I think it would be easier finding what you want by sticking closer to home. In addition, you could consider adding prior arrests for domestic and or restraining orders to your list as well as a tendency to have a pattern of heavy drinking... OR You could find a good therapist.
