Why wouldn’t they report this in the media if it’s true?

Obama, The Soros Payoff

In June 2009 Mr. Soros purchased in the neighborhood of 20% of the available stock in a Brazilian Oil Firm named Petrobas. At the time Petrobas stock was selling at approximately six dollars a share. In late August the Treasury Secretary awarded Petrobas two billion dollars from the Stimulus Funds. By late September the stock had tripled in value.

And Soros is going to crash the Euro too just like he did to Maylaisia's(?) currency in the 90's.

Could it be because it's not true?  I could find no evidence that the United States has sent stimulus money to any foreign government-controlled entity.  Could you site your sources other than some random individual's blog?

On the plus side there remains the possibility that hell is a real place and no amount of money buys an exemption.

Soros also nearly crashed the Pound and forced it out of the ERM (the route towards the Euro). Now one may say he did us a favour given the problems of the Euro today, but I dont buy that for a second - if we had been in the Euro then it should have been at least 20% stronger and resistant to the antics of the likes of Soros.

And by the by he also caused enormous personal suffering for millions in the UK. A man with so little in the way of morals must be considered capable of any evil, not to say ordinary dishonesty.

Soros, a global socialist with a greed streak a mile long.
What's MI 5 or 6 doing lately?
Now there's one guy who should be kicked out of the U.S. and deported to.....England.

79 percent of the $2 billion in clean energy grants under a U.S. Treasury/ Energy Department stimulus initiative have gone to foreign - not U.S. - companies. By industry estimates, the program has lead to well over a thousand net job losses in manufacturing.

I don't have any other sources. That guy’s blog is the only information I have on this. That's why I asked the question why wouldn’t the media ever report it if it was true. Maybe it's not true. I don't know, maybe it's just like those the death panels.

Well, since you are a critical thinker, tell me is it true or is it not? And why didn't the media report it or talk about it more if it is true?

I'm confused.

Are you complaining that no one will report this, or are you saying that the idea is BS because you haven't heard of it from any of your favorite news sources?

The Soros/Petrobas/US Government connection has been discussed for several months.

Just maybe not by anyone who is in love with the current administration.

Soros Petrobas Stimulus Google Search.  Half a million hits.

Probably is something in that number that you might consider "reliable".

Then you need to open your eyes as to the lack of creditability of any of those "reputable" news sources.

Good example to learn from.

I thought I knew Soros but I will have to learn more about him in the future – I still blame Wall Street, not Soros, for the financial crisis because they lobbied to deregulate Wall Street when they did away with Glass - Steagall.

Frontline: the Wall Street fix: Mr. Weill goes to Washington: the long demise of Glass-Steagall | PBS

After 12 attempts in 25 years, Congress finally repeals Glass-Steagall, rewarding financial companies for more than 20 years and $300 million worth of lobbying efforts. Supporters hail the change as the long-overdue demise of a Depression-era relic.
