Ok, let's say some guy rapes and horribly beats your daughter or your mother or even murders them afterwards, perhaps even torturing them. There is no doubt that he did it, yet for a technical reason the courts let him off. Don't you think you have the right to shoot him and get away with it. There are plenty of times in life where a person really does deserve to die. Besides that people can steal your ammunition and then you may get blamed for something 2 years later. It's a bad idea trust me.

You're reaching.

This is all stuff the courts consider. One piece of circumstantial evidence does not make a case.

Do you have the right to murder someone on your own? Clearly not. If you feel you do, then this law is especially important.

As I said, only lawbreakers would oppose it. It's not a threat to the second amendment you're concerned about--it's better law enforcement.

I've said it a million times, it's not what Obama and the Socialists have done thus far that matters. It's how far they will go without any Opposition what so ever. Bush scared me enough as it was with his North American Union plans, but there's no doubt in mind that without any opposition, Obama would completely rewrite the constitution in his marxist image. Right now, he has socialist policies that everyone agrees he is. But without opposition he would soon reveal his true agenda, and his true agenda is to turn this into a marxist regime,  with him as the North American President.

They banished kevin.....Is there any way to get rid of cuckoldmepls?

The fucker is obviously and seriously mentally imbalanced. Can't they at least moderate his posts?

[waiting for approval]......would be such an improvement.

Well, no cucky, no you don't, not unless you catch him in the act of trying to/raping a woman. If you do, you will in all likelyhood find yourself getting arrested for murder/attempted murder. That's how things work; you can't just go around shooting people because they committed a crime in the past and got off.

cuckold what opposition? Can't they ram anything through they want to at this point?

Why wouldn't you take the necessary steps to prevent your ammo from getting stolen? Maybe you are not responsible enough for gun ownership?

I don't think that everyone deserves to have a gun. You would probably leave yours at some Pro dommes dungeon.

Maybe subs shouldn't be allowed to have ammunition. You can own a gun but it is a crime for you to have any ammo. Only because you are obviously incapable of keeping it safe.

Oh I suppose you believe that giving them psycho analysis therapy and blaming their behaviour on a bad childhood, and releasing them back into society is the best course of action for a murderer. Which is exactly what Dukakis did when he released Willie Horton. This goes on all the time where dangerous people are released back into society to eventually find another victim. Some people are predators, well what is the best way to deal with a predator???

I'm not saying people should take justice into their own hands. But if the justice system fails them, and you are willing to go down with the rapist (especially if it's a violent rape) or murderer, then I see nothing wrong with it.

Nope.

I believe in convicting them--which is exactly what we do here.

Again, reaching.

Willie Horton? That old distortion? Eighties flashback.

The police would probably be concerned that your initial response upon finding your raped and murdered loved ones was to beat off all over the crime scene....

That is so wrong! What in the fuck is wrong with you?

Lastly, upon reading your mothers will she adamantly states that you should not avenge her death nor receive any inheritance because she never liked you.....Oh! By the way, you were also adopted.

Here it is right here. House Bill titled 'HR 45, Blair Holt Licensing and Record Act of 2009.' Everytime democrats pass gun laws, it's to make it more difficult to use and own a firearm. That's a fact. How they get people, is they do all this a little bit at a time, until suddenly, you are living in England and Australia, and the government tells you to turn your gun in or they will come for it. Not surprisingly this is the democratic tactic on every issue including taxes, which they have now resorted to backdoor taxes which are passed on to the consumer, hoping you won't figure it out.

ALL of your examples involve criminal activity--nothing at all here constrains law abiding citizens from owning and using firearms.

If your position is that Obama is bad for criminals, then OK, and I'm glad.

How do you exist in the day to day world?

How do you live without any human contact?

I can't believe anyone would spend anytime with you after getting to know you.

If you had your vocal cords removed that might help.

Wake up Einstein, and you can wonder whether I'm talking bout the real Einstein or the 'Back to the Future' Einstein. Criminals by definition do not abide by the law. So gun laws basically on affect law abiding citizens.

Even if you some how managed to take a gun away from every person in the country, which is impossible, criminals can still use baseball bats, knives, pillows, and even a car to drive into a group of people. The gun is the great equalizer, and is the only thing that allows a smaller person to defend themselves.

Not this one. If you're going to shoot illegally, your ammunition can give you away.

Shoot legally, no problem.

Wake up, Einstein.

U.S. reverses stance on treaty to regulate arms trade
Wed Oct 14, 2009

By Arshad Mohammed

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The United States reversed policy on Wednesday and said it would back launching talks on a treaty to regulate arms sales as long as the talks operated by consensus, a stance critics said gave every nation a veto.

The decision, announced in a statement released by the U.S. State Department, overturns the position of former President George W. Bush's administration, which had opposed such a treaty on the grounds that national controls were better.

That's a biggie.

The Myth of 90 Percent: Only a Small Fraction of Guns in Mexico Come From U.S., Fox News, April 2, 2009
There’s just one problem with the 90 percent “statistic” and it’s a big one: It’s just not true. In fact, it’s not even close. The fact is, only 17 percent of guns found at Mexican crime scenes have been traced to the U.S. What’s true, an ATF spokeswoman told FOXNews.com, in a clarification of the statistic used by her own agency’s assistant director, “is that over 90 percent of the traced firearms originate from the U.S.” But a large percentage of the guns recovered in Mexico do not get sent back to the U.S. for tracing, because it is obvious from their markings that they do not come from the U.S. “Not every weapon seized in Mexico has a serial number on it that would make it traceable, and the U.S. effort to trace weapons really only extends to weapons that have been in the U.S. market,” Matt Allen, special agent of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), told FOX News.
