Since O'bama has been in office, there are groups who claim he will takes away gun rights, but if you care to look at the law he has allowed more freedom with guns. He has allowed more right to carry laws than BUSH, he has allowed open carry in federal parks (a bill bushed did not sign) So, without all the BS by the press can someone please offer fact where Obama has made the 2nd weaker? By all accounts he has made it stronger, but the gop COULD NOT SUPPORT THAT So other than BS show the laws where he has taken away gun rights?????????????????

Uh, it's not the laws that he has passed thus far to restrict gun ownership that matters. It's the laws that he would pass if there were no opposition. In that respect, Bush proved he was no threat to the 2nd amendment when he actually legalized assault weapons, which in my opinion was going to far. Obama is a major threat to the entire constituion, and what most people are not aware of is that we were only 3 or 4 states away from calling a constitutional convention until a few states pulled back realizing a socialist had taken office. We all know that if a constitutional convention were to be called, it wouldn't be to modify the constitution in Obama's image. It would be to completely rewrite the Constutition in Obama's image. The Far left winger Democrats don't believe you should have the right to defend yourself. That's a fact. Currently far left wingers are in charge. http://babelishere.webs.com/guncontrol.html

By the way, all ammunition sold after June of last year I believe has to be coded. I'm not sure who started that, but Obama did nothing to stop it. So let's say your neighbors dog continually comes on your property to kill your chickens, you shoot him, but he gets home before he dies. Well you will then be charged with killing your neighbors dog based on coded ammunition since you don't have proof he was on your property.

Ok, let's say some guy rapes and horribly beats your daughter or your mother or even murders them afterwards, perhaps even torturing them. There is no doubt that he did it, yet for a technical reason the courts let him off. Don't you think you have the right to shoot him and get away with it. There are plenty of times in life where a person really does deserve to die. Besides that people can steal your ammunition and then you may get blamed for something 2 years later. It's a bad idea trust me.

If the dog is on your property, and you shoot him on your property, and the dog leaves, it's bound to leave a blood trail. That's evidencde right there of where the dog was. However, if you're going to shoot a neighbors dog for being on your property, at least have the balls to do it humanely. Don't shoot it to wound it. Use a big enough caliber, like a .38 or .45, and make the shot as painless as possible. I would never shoot a neighbors dog just for pissing or shitting on my property, that's what dogs do for Christs sake. I have, and will again if necessary, shoot a neighbors dog on my property to defend my leashed dog or kids while they play. And yes, I did it humanely and as painlessly as I could.
