I have done saline infusions into the testicles but never the breasts. You should use saline bags at about 10 drips a minute.
The girl on the video would of taken between 45 minutes to 3 hours to get to that size.

As I have now added this to my hard limits list (really, DD is quite enough) I have a question. Wouldn't doing this repeatedly stretch the skin on the breasts, causing... ummm... cosmetic issues once the saline is absorbed and they are 'deflated' back to their natural size? I'm not being snarky, just curious.

Yes it would. In younger people, breast tissue is very elastic but even young skin will lose its elasticity if its stretched often enough. It actually looks really good on women in there 30s and 40s who have large breasts that have started to sag. The skin is just filled up again and so less harm done because the extra skin is there anyway. It just gives a more pert appearance for a few hours.
I wouldn't do it.

I would not recommend syringes but a bag.

Letting it soak through slowly as opposed to pushing it in with a syringe, that is probably what caused the temporary lumpiness.

A whole 500cc bag will seep in slowly and cause no lumps

bag of saline... iv tubing... needles 18G...

Probably, this is not something to do everyday, even if technically the saline has no impact.

But you do not get beat up everyday either do you? That would also cause problems.

You could do an injection once a month, for a special play, or for a photo session or for that deeper space night...

You presumably mean the scrotum...hitting the testicles with your needle would be beyond pain...not safe.

I have seen 2 quarts in a scrotum, quite impressive under a pair of spendex shorts!!!

Yes I mean the scrotum sack!

I'm surprised you use an 18G. I always use a 16G

Like you, I always use medical grade bagged saline and I have never tried syringing it in. I imagine that to be extremely painful.

Ditto and then some. I want less not more.

I'm wondering what professional experience the practitioners have if any. Phlebotomy, nursing, medicine, etc? Just curious.

Gee, like having PMS even when it isn't the week before my period? No thanks. They're swollen and sore on occasion naturally. And that's what goes with swollen, sore.

Sore? Is that not what the "S" stands for in BDSM?

Some people like it sore.

I think many people that get into this sort of play are medically trained in one way or other but its a case of taking ones word for it. Medical training could be anything from heart surgeon to nurse but it could also be someone who has been shown how to do a particular medical procedure under the guidance and supervision of a qualified practitioner. Checking up on qualifications and experience would be difficult as not many of us are prepared to give our full name or where we trained, especially if those people are still practicing.

Surgeons and nurses have licenses. Checking up isn't hard unless the person is fabricating the possession of such. As a matter of fact, one would think you'd want the recipient to know that you're qualified to do this. The whole idea of someone showing you is a little far fetched. It takes time to learn how to stick. But if the recipient is willing to take the risk without doing their homework so be it.

Just curious ... are there spots to avoid (for example, straight through the nipples?).

And what about implants? I suppose you avoid them also?

No surgeon or nurse has a licence for the practice of BDSM. Checking up is easy if the person is prepared to give details but thats kind of outing yourself isn't it and if you out yourself then you risk losing your license. Its different with someone you have an intimate and trustful play relationship with but your not going to give details to everyone and your certainly not going to give details to a world wide web!

There are many ignorant people doing medical activities within the BDSM world. There are some unqualified medical players that take the time to learn from someone who is qualified. The second is safer than the first.

I run a medical BDSM shop. I run it because I saw a need in the market. I can do it because I can (through qualifications) get wholesale medical supplies that would not be available to the fet market without it being stollen from a hospital. Medical BDSMers often nick things from hospitals or are gifted things that have fallen off the back of a lorry. Those gifts come with little or no advice and those things are often used by the ignorant among us.
I do have the knowledge to pass on some good advice. I don't take stupid risks and I run workshops to educate people about the risks.

Medical fetish is very real. People who are not into it may point a finger and say its stupid, too risky and dangerous. Most people into medical fetishes do not go down the invasive route but some do. Some clearly know what they are doing, some clearly don't.

I was referencing the procedure not BDSM.

A risk you're clearly willing to take by doing this. Otherwise you'd stick to safe encounters where outing isn't an issue.

I wasn't speaking of the Internet. I'm referencing in person encounters.

I'm positive that's the case. As a matter of fact, an unsuspecting player might assume they're dealing with a professional. Which is why I raised the question.

I'm well aware that what's medically allowed differs in each state. Their are practices nurses cannot perform alone without an MD to sign off or at least down on record for legal purposes. It's been a hot topic since some have gotten into Botox and other cosmetic procedures.

I don't have a bias. But I don't believe everything I read either. Especially on here. I doubt if most are certified or have any training beyond the methods you've mentioned. As with most thing buyer beware.

Many people will do w/e to get their fix. But, we are back to the common sense aspect here. Just reciently we had a young woman post that she was losing parts of her breasts beause she was inexpierenced and the man who bound her was not knowledgable or trustworthy. Basicly If you do not know what your doing and do not know the person your dealing with then you should not be doing it.

Many things that we do in BDSM play could be considered dodgy. A good hard caning in a BDSM club looks pretty harmless until you watch that Mistress/Dom go on to the next victim with the same cane. Some women take a lot of impact to the breasts. Is breast impact a healthy way to go? Flogging, tawsing, caning etc often cause hematoma. Is that kind of trauma to the skin healthy? Like GraciousLady said, tying someone up can restrict blood flow. If done incorrectly it can cause peripheral nerve damage, damage to muscle or damage to the artery and shock. Then theres breath play. Good god, I could write all day about the dangers involved in that sort of play. I accept however, that people will carry on regardless. Then we have edge play such as rape play. Are we trained therapists that can deal with the possible aftermath?
I go to another site where they have a forum called extreme violence. Once or twice I have glanced at what these people get up to. They are into things that are way beyond what I consider safe and if thats what they want then I'll leave them to it. It may seem wrong to me but its right for them.

If I asked a vanilla person about any of the above, they would no doubt say 'your all insane, you need help' That same person could be having promiscuous sex without a condom but they would still think we were the insane ones!
Occasionally on sites like this, people will point a finger at how one persons medicine is unsafe but does that stop them doing it? Does that make them sit up and say 'ya know what, your right and I'm not going to do that again'? Of course not.

I would be interested to know what safe encounters include in the legal sense?

Saline injections.

Who likes them?
Who hates them?

How many of you ladies would like to have the perfect breast for a night or two, swollen, full, sensitive...

Who has tried it? Who loved it? Who wants to do it again?

it is safe, intense, and goes oh so well with bondage.

tell me!

Smoke

Yikes! No way...Mine are too sensitive already and perfect enough too.
