The whole idea that you cannot disclose your professional credentials out of fear leaves me with questions that I wouldn't be comfortable having. Hang on a minute! Who says I don't reveal my medical credentials ? I wasn't talking about me in general but about medically trained people on the scene. I'm not sure why this has become about me when I was talking so generally.
Lets also remember that there are plenty of medically trained scene people that don't still practice medicine! They can still be checked out but they are not putting themselves at any real risk apart from giving away their full name.
