ORIGINAL: BMW1969 the actual weight watchers progam works best when rewriting you lifestyle that got you where you are. The food is not that bad when you use their cookbooks and such. Fit it into a strictly applied situation, not a "i dont feel like it today" thing I am on weight watchers. I've been on it for just over a year and have lost 62 pounds so far. I get to choose what I eat and how much, according to the parameters I have for my age, height, activity level. Being that I just had a yummy plate of pasta with chicken, sun dried tomatoes and garlic, I'd say the food is wonderful, depending on what I've cooked for myself. The program is a gradual changing of one's mindset about food and exercise. The group I attend is wonderful and supportive, and my owner is very supportive and encouraging. I began this plan of my own volition, before he and I met. He celebrates my successes with me and encourages me when I've had a bad week. It's working out very well.
