Again, you're under the delusion that gold and silver are immune from markets.

Anything to observe on the stock market? It's a stock market thread.

Go start a monetary thread.

you just completed moved the fucking goal posts on both issues. LMAO

I wil construe that as your concession

Musicmystery -> RE: Imagine there's no stock market... (6/5/2010 2:26:54 PM)

I've been telling you it's irrelevant for pages. You insist it is.

Until you're cornered. They you claim it's irrelevant.

This is a waste of time.

AND still off topic.

The way you switch up terms and use them erroneously, you have proven to those of us who understand that you are literally bankrupt on the matter.

Yes yes yes I know you have been telling us a lot of bullshit.

Now I did not make any claim that metals are not tied to the markets, since the markets can legitimately be 2 people trading rabbit turds.

LMAO

As for the rest you are truly a basket case LOL

You mean like you did here, claiming 1933 average income would be $150,000 today when it's actually $25,000?

the average wage today is 44 and if it were inflation corrected based on the av wage in 1933 the average today should be around 150,000.

What cost $150000 in 2009 would cost $9149.28 in 1933.

What cost $44 in 2009 would cost $2.68 in 1933.

average income in 33 was 11000

No, it wasn't--it was $1,550.

$25,411.83 in 2009 dollars.

$44,000 is looking pretty good....

Other countries even peg their currency to it.

It's a stock market thread. Any observations to share about the topic?

Go start your own paper/gold thread.

Paper stocks are an extension of your fraudulent fiat paper.

You are an agent for Goldman Sachs.

And you just keep posting the same tired shit, day after day, week after week, month after month, thread after thread after thread after thread after goddamn motherfucking thread.

No matter the topic--same old irrelevant shit. And you have the audacity to complain about "slugfest."

This thread is about the stock market--a topic where you've obviously nothing to contribute.

Millions have lost money is the holy stock market.  To include widows and orphans.

You own NO GOLD.  None.   None what-so-ever.

You own even less silver. NONE.  None what so ever.

You are confused to think that paper is gold, and it is NOT.

As big as your ego is- I hate to be you when it crashes.  He who has the gold makes the rules.   Not worthless paper.  (to include stocks, and so called market)

And in commodities markets, as I showed you earlier--85% losses for 1980s investors, just as they climbed on the rising train. More if they dumped their losses instead of holding until today.

Nor is the stock market "holy"--on page one I made that clear, saying just don't invest if it's not for you.

From there it's bizarre misconceptions and derailments you keep repeating.

pa, you have no idea what I own.

You also don't understand that investing in business is hardly holding paper.

And it's not my only holdings either, and that's not counting my own businesses.

You know.... if you keep this up, you are going to sprain something in your brain.

pahunkboy -> RE: Imagine there's no stock market... (6/5/2010 3:00:57 PM)

MM, is there anything else I can do for you?

Musicmystery -> RE: Imagine there's no stock market... (6/5/2010 3:01:54 PM)

I'm good, thanks.

pahunkboy -> RE: Imagine there's no stock market... (6/5/2010 3:05:41 PM)

I have no plans to be in any stock.

I plan to keep stacking silver.  As I am able to abit more each month.

In time- I will trade silver for a place in the country.

I lost thousands in the stock market- and I am done there.

Even if silver drops in price- it still will trade for real stuff.

Most people LOSE money in stocks.   The sooner they figure that out- the better for them.

If people wish to sink their life wealth into a stock- that is on them.

But I think it is a mistake.  At some point- it might make sense to buy stocks- but not now- and not in the next 5 years.

No, they don't. People who try to play trader generally lose money. Value investors in it for the long term prosper.

Sinking one's life wealth into a single stock is absolutely stupid, yes. It's risky. Like buying all silver/gold. Or buying all anything. That's why people diversify.

You don't want to buy stocks, don't. I've made that point a couple of times now. Plenty of other investments.

You keep coming back to rag on this.

Add to this dividends and additional shares from splits and reinvestment.

pahunkboy -> RE: Imagine there's no stock market... (6/5/2010 3:20:21 PM)

Oh bull shit.

I want to hear from people on CM who now are rich from the market.
