Status: offline 		In my experience, I am a DOMINANT.  you should do some relaxation exercises like, deep breathing, anal massage, stretching beforehand.  I also give my submissives 2 or 3 (depending on the degree of filth) enemas beforehand so that there is no nasty/unsanitary mess.  Just know that any anal play will stimulate your colon so if you don't clean the playing field beforehand, you might end of cleaning a HUGE mess afterward.

 Frankly, enemas can leave one rather dried out and more fragile.
 Truth be told ?
The rectum is hollow and fairly empty most of the day. If you have recently "evacuted" the premises, you should be fine. Unless your Mistress and / or you are neat freaks, enemas are not  That  important.
 
Caution though!
Fecal matter and bacteria from there should not go into the vagina or the mouth.    E-coli bacterial infections can become a life-threatening issue.
 
Post script:
even after having had anal many times, after time goes by I seem to always forget how unbelieveably painful it is at first insert. I am so close to calling "Uncle", but I remind myself of how wonderful it will be when I get through this part of it.
 
If it helps -- hold on to that thought. It will be WONDERFUL !
 
Post postscript:
Oh! one other thing!
It helps if the object (penis in mine -- in my case) is used like a vibrator. IE frantically jiggled around. During this time I try to relax and think "OPEN" '
It also helps to slightly push outward anally while it is going inward.
 
Inserting some lube inside beforehand -- beyond both "rings" of muscles.

I began with anal beads and the type I use the beads increase in size. Then I move to a small dildo in which I enjoy very much. I would to start playing with a strap on but for now I just prepare by engaging in my own anal play and this is what I suggest for anyone new or curious about anal play.
