We will not be locking at this time.  People are welcome to discuss the original topic of the thread, or start new threads to discuss other issues.

MOD 21: Is there a way to close this thread out or lock it from further posting. IMHO I think enough has been said.

Even though you are the OP, you don't get to dictate when the thread ends.  Some people may still have thoughts that they want to share on the matter.  But fear not.  All threads eventually die of natural causes. This one already had 5 pages, so it should end soon.  Just be patient.  [;)]

I know. I wanted it ended because when I started it, I didn't mean for anyone to get emotionally hurt in this thread. Especially not someone who shared a hurt that she suffered and is still suffering from in real life. I apologize.

I apologized to AQSM via PM over4 hours ago.

Thank you Lauell for taking my part in this.

Mostly nominally illegal but also practically unenforced. I think there's a law in my town declaring it illegal to have a rooster that crows prior to five in the morning. But nobody ever arrested the rooster down the road who used to start at three. We just cheered when a coyote got him.

Hehe, are you a nurse too? (You don't have to tell). The state I used to work in sent "the naughty list" of people who had lost their license or had actions againt it to every RN in the state. The charge of "moral turpitude" used so sort of make me wonder. Moral turpitude sounds awfully subjective.

I'm not sure about the technicalities of BDSM, but I do know that in this state, if domestic violence is suspected johnny law steps in and issues a no contact order, regardless of what the people involved say. So I guess you need to either make it REALLY obvious that this is kinky sex or do it when and where the neighbors won't hear and worry.
