Like the name says, I had a really long day, a lot of stress at work and then more at home that coupled with the rain and the normal rise and falls of BP disorder I'm feeling just a little down in the dumps today. So, anyone wana share their happy with me??

Do what I did and write something in your journal that brings the funny haha emails! I've been rolling all day!

My thread trying to bring it on, didn't work so well, but I am not giving up! I turned on my Gretchen Wilson/Dixie Chicks and cheaten songs and am messin with the boys in email. In between my darn cable signal going out and getting booted.

I hope you can find your joy! Glad to see you around again!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks, Im glad to be back.

I dont know Im just having an off day. On the whole, Im really happy but lately, I been down more and more and I know its just the BP and the fact that I have decided to go drugless, which to this point has been working really well and its been months. I did however seek a new therapist just to head off anything that may be coming before a need for meds arises again, I really dont want them. So that ball is rolling. I thank goodness for the great benifits I get at work.

My son was watching Jimmy Neutron earlier (a cartoon) aliens kidnapped all of the parents and were going to eat them. Well my son who is 12 yrs old pops off and says "no one eat my daddy, my michelle (his dads new wife), or my mommy without my permission." I laughed so hard and had to call his dad and tell him.
