I have reported such things to CM. Even found a loop-hole in the system... people we have blocked can still make attempts to reach us through the chat feature. I have even seen names I KNOW I have blocked show up in mail after a period of time, not sure why this happens.
I did as suggested, I reported this to CM.
The reply I got back was not encouraging. I was told I could always close my account.
So yup, you have two choices... let the idiot(s) win by chasing you away by closing your account, have you go into hiding by temporarily closing your account or eventually find you again when you create a new name
OR
As already suggested, develop a thicker hide about it. You said you are called a cunt... so what!! Are the presence of little tiny black letters against a white background so damaging that you can't close & delete the mail & move on???
Eh, we are get hate mail from time to time. Sometimes it is fun to turn it into comic relief.
As to my 'stalker'? I found the suggestion offered by support to be rude & unacceptable so I made this into a game. This idiot always provided just enough info on his profiles that I could easily search out his new ID, such as age, height, location & his kink in the formation of the new ID. So I do a search with those specifics & when I find something that looks as though it is him & it is a new account... I block him ahead of time.
