Status: offline 		Okay, clearly I made a mistake in asking total strangers for their opinions about myself and my Master and my current situation, given that you all don't know much of anything about either of us, our personalities, our relationship, or our dynamic.
Lesson learned.

The red flag to Me would be that the OP discussed a situation, only partially being honest and open about it.  She was the one who didn't think it through before agreeing to it.  The devil is in the details of the follow up post.  One, I might add, doesn't reflect the original.

but yes, when you present your relationship how you did, and are "desperate" for advice, then that's what you will get...no point to try to blame us for doing so when it was you who asked in the first place

You make a very valid and sobering point.

However, and at the risk of being cliche, it does take two to tango and you attract what you are.  If she is an emotionally spun volatile personality... odds are she doesn't draw in the most level headed fellows.

Status: offline 		Prostitution or being shared for sex would be a dealbreaker for me in the relationship. It's not a limit, per se, since I wouldn't say that he could keep doing whatever he wanted except that, I just wouldn't feel safe or comfortable with him at all.

With that said, you can avoid the legal implications (though not the safety issues) by having him pimp you out for monopoly money or poker chips without any cash attached to them. I know someone who discussed dressing up in a hooker outfit and heels, and visiting a "red light district." With her Dominant standing a few feet away, turning down Johns when they offered money unless he told her otherwise (which he didn't plan to, just the little "what if..." working overtime in her head). That would still be risky, though, even though it's not illegal as long as she doesn't go through with it and accept any money.

Status: offline 		I tend to agree that prostitution to a stranger is not the very best thing to be doing. I forget about the law here because it depends where you are and in some places and in some states here In Australia it is legal.

Having said this, I had the time when a lass I had, in effect prostituted her self with a mate of mine because he had asked if he could have her and would be happy to place a substantial donation in a tin I keep for fines incurred by breaches of protocol and which is religiously donated to my local Guide Dogs Association.

You are the only one that will always be around to take care of you.  Losing him may suck and hurt, but losing your self will suck and hurt longer.

My break up with my manly domly dude came after him asking me to do something, and me waffling back and forth, I will, I can't, I want to, Please do not ask me again to do that, so on and so forth.

When I finally realized there was no way in hell I would ever do that, I told him, and I broke it off in that same conversation.  I will never know if he would have ended the relationship then, because I did it my self.  I was disappointed in me that I did not say the first time I will never be able to do that. 

I gave me a few days to cry over it, then I just chose to remember all I learned about my self from the relationship.  The most important thing I learned was I know me, and I know what I will never do, and no matter how much I crave someone in the future, I will always be honest with them, and myself about those things.

If you lose him over something that you feel this strongly about, it just was not meant to be........

ETA after reading the thread....I can't decide if I wish I would have read it first and saved my fonts, or if I feel like a fucking genius in my wisdom after reading it.

Oh and Domi made me blow a lil spit outta my mouth laughing.  I swear I aint a spitter normally!
