As usual you are as full of shit as a christmas goose.

It will be up to a U.S. District Court judge to decide whether to accept the brief along with similar ones submitted by various U.S. organizations.

is Mexico a signatory to the constitution?

mnottertail -> RE: Mexico Joining Lawsuit Against Arizona (6/23/2010 12:54:35 PM)

no, but it is not suprising you don't know that.

pahunkboy -> RE: Mexico Joining Lawsuit Against Arizona (6/23/2010 12:56:42 PM)

then how is their contract violated?

servantforuse -> RE: Mexico Joining Lawsuit Against Arizona (6/23/2010 12:58:15 PM)

Did you eat paint chips as a kid?

mnottertail -> RE: Mexico Joining Lawsuit Against Arizona (6/23/2010 1:00:53 PM)

What contract bullshit are you on about?

They are asking that the state law be declared unconstituional.   It says clearly in their law that they can and will do exactly what they are asking us to declare unconstitutional.  There is no contract law at issue here.

pahunkboy -> RE: Mexico Joining Lawsuit Against Arizona (6/23/2010 1:03:31 PM)

Mexico is not relevant to this contract.  None.  Nada.  They should not meddle in the affairs of a sovereign country.  It is RUDE.

mnottertail -> RE: Mexico Joining Lawsuit Against Arizona (6/23/2010 1:16:47 PM)

huh?  there is no contract to be relevent to. they are not meddling in our internal affairs.

pahunkboy -> RE: Mexico Joining Lawsuit Against Arizona (6/23/2010 1:24:42 PM)

Oh PULEASE.

They are interfering.

mnottertail -> RE: Mexico Joining Lawsuit Against Arizona (6/23/2010 1:25:48 PM)

how is using law (why do you think we have that?) interfering?

pahunkboy -> RE: Mexico Joining Lawsuit Against Arizona (6/23/2010 1:27:07 PM)

they are SEPARATE.    Not part of America.   Good fences make good neighbors.

So what are you lads doing in Afghanistan and Iraq, pray tell? That's completely fucking hilarious coming from a citizen of a country that's done little else but meddle in other nation's business since the '50s.

LadyEllen -> RE: Mexico Joining Lawsuit Against Arizona (6/23/2010 2:20:48 PM)

Are we back to the whole contract and sovereignty argument again? What fun!

Then maybe you can explain just how Mexico has any thing to do with this matter.

Oh wise one.

Judges usually frown on someone wasting the courts time.
