Inspired by a post in another thread, this is the challenge - say two good things about Republicans. I'll go first 1) they dont get to vote in the UK elections 2) their ideas and arguments sometimes make me laugh Over to you E

1. They at least give lip service towards reducing spending. 2. They're not Democrats.

I can say two good things about my republican brother (he is the only one in my family)... He has a good work ethic... Hmmmm, that is all I can think of.

Snarky? Me? I was hoping we might get some constructive criticism. The fact is that until the GOP changes it wont be going anywhere and the required change is one that will bring it back to the centre ground from extremes of economic and social policy that are attractive only to the very wealthy and those who didnt finish high school and cant follow an argument so are susceptible to propaganda. E

Oh,.... I remember..... He doesn't hunt! Although he drives this horrible gas guzzler on par with a Hummer.... and because my mom rides his ass about recycling and conserving he recently told her "Mom, I'm just not a "green" person and I don't care what happens to this planet because God is in charge anyways"[8\|]

Political parties suck, because they have morphed into a haven for a political uber-class. Political philosophy is where I seperate the statesmen from the thieves, and I can only respect those elected leaders who actually respect the contitutional limits on Federal power that the founders provided.

1. they believe in a strong military 2. they believe in charitable giving honorable mention 3. They really are trying to court more black people into their party. that's a good thing too.
