The bottom line is this. Even the Congressional Budget Office said it would do no good to raise or lower taxes if they didn't cut spending first. So that being the case I think we can safely assume it would be wiser not to give Congress any more money from the wealthy, the middle class or from backdoor taxes that everyone will have to pay, since they have demonstrated that they can't handle the responsiblity of controlled, and constittuional spending.

I heard it described like this the other day. If someone came up to you, stuck a gun in your face, and demanded 30% of your paycheck, you would call the cops and have them arrested. So why is it any different when the government does it???

If 10% is good enough for Jesus, shouldn't it be good enough for our government???

Another lie the Canadian believes. The only group that had their taxes "lowered" were the rebates given to those that werent paying taxes in the first place, and a small group that went from paying little to none. And they will wind up paying through increased energy costs and the other hidden taxes Obama will try and push through.

Status: offline 		The only thing I'm a "card carrying" member of is a dungeon in LA (even if we never get down there anymore), but yes, Mike, I'm registered as a Republican. Even though CA has radically changed the primary election process, Presidential primaries will stay partisan.
