Colbert pointed out that if someone breaks the sodomy law,they should go to jail where of course,there is no sodomy.[:D]

There was a news story not too long ago about a married couple having sodomy who were seen by a meter reader from the window and the couple was arrested.

Straights could under this law,be arrested for sodomy which if I recall,is any sex that doesn`t procreate(ie,get you prego).

I wonder what`ll happen when Texan guys realize they can`t get blow jobs.

Then we`ll really see a revolution.

That's insane!  Consenting adults should be allowed to do whatever they want to in private as long as it's not hurting anyone.  My sex life is MINE and nobody's business but mine as long as I'm not screwing little kids or cutting people up in tiny pieces and feeding them to the neighbors, then that part of my life needs to be left up to me and whomever I choose to be with.

And then, I've had a hysterectomy.  I can't procreate, does that mean it's just illegal for me to have sex at all?

I remember the documentary some years ago,  Dildo Diaries, about the idiotic sex laws in Texas.  The 8 minute excerpt framed by comments from the late, great Molly Ivins, that includes her Texas Legislature debating  the definition/ penalties for sodomy circa 1993, is a classic.  You can find it on You Tube under Dildo Granny or Molly Ivins. (sorry I do not know how to include the link.)
