I appericate the offer, but while I may be able to benifit from the shit you can teach me, I want to learn about shit about shit before I find shit of my own. Recently ended a shitty relationship so not anxious to enter into another one, of any kind, right now, even a mentor/studet one. However what you are addressing is also not the question I was asking, you still have yet to state that you think the above is treating someone nicely. As for Projecting fears, as for you being important to me, that is one way of looking at it, but when a theoretical question gets asked it is asked of a large group of people, the value of each person isn't what is being defined only the majority and the minority of the views in the room. Personally as Aylee alluded to, Once it has been determined there is an Elephant in the roon (and you know there is one you have been hunting it long enough haven't you Aylee) you then have to figure out how to eat it. It seems to me that when some posters post about an elephant more people want to discuss it's color or length of trunk or discuss how it isn't really an elephant but more of a Pacaderm, rather than the fact that the elephant isn't wanted and what the poster wants is to know how to deal with it, it would seem more people think one should live with said elephant than do anything about it.... that the fact that an elephant exists is a sign they they are doing everything wrong and should somehow start over. If a poster puts a post up asking for opinions, they can not control the opinions. We arent going to tell people what they want to hear. But we will be giving them some valid points of view. Sometimes the hardest thing to hear and what appears to be the cruelest is the most loving or the truth. Its not sugarcoated. I thank people for their treatment of me as a newbie. I thought they were harsh, but they were right. They are now the people I respect the most. Come back to this thread in 5 or 10 years. Perhaps your perspective will change too with time and wisdom.
