It you're concerned with your weight, you should work out, dieting only takes you so far. Aerobics is what generates weight loss, weight training tones your body so that it looks good, also, it helps your body burn fuel more efficiently. But weight training by itself won't bring on weight loss. The cheese enchiladas only have 18 g of carbs 240 calories. The vegetable korma, which I haven't tried yet has 41g carbs and 310 calories. Paneer Tikka has 36g and 320 cal. and Mattar Paneer, which is one of my favorites, has 54g and 320 cal. I never had the Paneer Tikka before, either. The enchiladas are great but I like to also put some hot sauce on them.
