Poor corn, it is whack now. Same with Canola.

I try to get organic popcorn but it is all a tragic mess. Who doesnt love corn on the cob?- and now they GMO"d the feck out of it and it is pretty much poison instead of delicious food as it was meant to be.

Get your corn at the farmer's market. I do 95% of my shopping at the FM, from local farmers where, if I want to, I can go out to their farm, see how they manage their crops, see what kind of condition their land is in, see how they treat their animals...

Most of the population is going to be perfectly happy with KFC, canola and soybeans... I've never been much of one to be in the middle of the pack, though, and if that makes them happy, so be it -- and for any that it doesn't, if you don't have a farmer's market in your town, get a bunch of like-minded folks together and start one.... the farmers and your neighbors will love you for it!
