Kid, if any of that is true, you got a raw deal, moderation should be progressive and educational, not reactive and over the top. Many of your posts violated the TOS for the forums but for whatever reason, that was overlooked.

I gotta call bullshit on this. I saw submale's posts on moderation just a week ago, then they came through immediately for a few days, now they are on mod again. Does it really count as "no warning" when someone just off moderation breaks TOS again??

It is a violation of our TOS/Forum Guidlines to name individual posters with the possibility or intent to cause negative reactions.

Besides the fact that people have done this to me without consequence (though i do not care at all), i have read both the TOS and the Forum Guidelines and see no reference prohibiting this activity.

Actually, the more i think about it, we are arguing the wrong point here:

yes, i concede that i was acting immaturely at times and even posting irresponsibly (though i contend that i did contribute), but the reality is that this is a doped up charge. my initial appeal was on the wrong grounds- if justice prevails i should walk on this.

Justice is metered out by the owner of the site and the Mods according to TOS and the the Country of the sites registration  laws and regulations pertaining to acceptable internet practices.

Here you do not "walk" and there is no "should".

This is a free site and you are here as a guest of the owner.
He or She has the sole right - with powers delegated to Moderation - to evict guests who can not play by the house rules.

Users, all of us, are treated according to our behaviour, both by the mods, and by each other. If you post like an asshat (which you did, and did again, and are still doing), you will get roasted by the users; if your transgressions hit the TOS or forum guidelines, you will hear from the mods. If you get modded for your behaviour, the only one you have to blame is..... YOU!
