Sounds like the perfect law to have on the books, generally unenforced, but at the ready in case you need to "get" someone.

I just think it's hilarious this law was even thought up! in the last 10 years old crusty nasty ass politicians have been getting more ass than rock stars (gay, straight and paid for!) What a joke!
