It says it is 93 F outside today. It's awfully cool out here for this time of year. I think they made a mistake. ETA: mos, I'm sure I'm going to keep my comments to myself, but they ain't bad ones. He's a hottie.

It finally got kinda hot here after being in the low to mid 60's for months...it was almost 80 today and sunny finally for the last few days ...Summer is finally here!...I know that isn't hot to compared to what others are going through but it depends on what the weather has been!

106 here this afternoon, broken by a nice, intense thunderstorm that knocked the power out for three hours. We sat out on the covered deck for a while, watching the lightning, smelling the rain, and enjoying the breeze. Leftover grilled chicken and some melon from the fridge for supper, then as it warmed again behind the storm, we hopped in the SUV and chased Mama Nature's show through the hills with the a/c on full blast. Home for some of that good, sweaty, sticky sex, to dead rock stars from the emergency radio. The power came back just as we were getting into a cool shower by candlelight. I like summertime.

This is my kitty cats first Summer as an adult cat and she didn't do her regular 3-4 hour nap in the middle of the day....I thought it strange then it hit me...last Summer was sooooo cool here and she was in a shelter then....so at least tonight she will sleep good and not wake me up like she usually does..ha ha..those of you with cats know what i mean.

12:51AM and about to turn the A/C back on because my place is STILL well over 80 degrees, despite open front door and fans. [>:] The temps here hit 105 in the shade around 2PM today. Can't we ship this weather to the UK for a few weeks? I'm sure that they would appreciate it! [:D]

It was about 80 degrees here about the same time at night. It's only about 60 this morning, but I expect it to rise pretty quickly. Just think, folks. Trolls and high temps for the summer. It's going to be so much fun.
