I would say he was elected in SPITE of the fact he is black. People were desperate for anything better than GWB. Are we disappointed? Somewhat, yes. Is he more honorable then the previous President? At this point, yes.

As even many conservatives on here have pointed out there have been few radical changes from the policies of the previous administration, yet the country is being flushed down the toilet?
