I am worried that I am going off topic, but I just wanted to thank all who have endured my vitriolic spewings over the seemingly relentless misfortunes that have visited my person over the past week or so. jocund friendly replies to my carping has done more than can be imagined to lighten the misery of the combined loss of that dearly loved crabby old cat, the sudden plummet in my health with pneumonia, shingles and an unwelcome and agonizing visit by my old foe, fibromyalgia, and what seemed to be the intentional assaults on my rest by gaily trilling alarm clocks and day in and day out road improvements complete with dynamite and that accursed dump-truck and his incessant back-up beeper.
Just to keep to the subject and not risk dire punishment by the powers that be, I offer a courteous "fuck you" to these varied irritants, but more importantly, I wanted to express my appreciation to all for enduring my gripes.
