I am lost as to why everyone keeps feeding the head clown.  I believe your more apt to get an actual thought out of the tree he stands next to.

Something is seriously missing from his life.

Why do all you sick minded Libs constantly obsess over race.

I never once mentioned her race, don't care what it is.

Doesn't matter.

She has a picture of a woman as her avatar, talks like a mad woman, a very angry bent woman. Why wouldn't I assume she's a woman?

Dumbass, just admit you were duped by your silly assed breathern at faux news.

Got caught trying to put a fraud over on the American people. Breitbart and FNC either knew it was a lie or didn't care. Real news organizations got to the bottom of it as soon as it got out there. Heck a simple fact check of when chapter 12 became available to family farms would have shown she was talking about around 1986 but the text shown at the front of the tape says "Ms. Sherrod admits thjat in her federally appointed position, overseeing over a billion dollars she discriminates against people due to their race."

That you personally tried to move on to the FNC spin of attacking the Obama administration is just proof that you don't care about the issues.

Who tried to put a fraud on the American people? Did you read the initial release? Did you notice what the topic was?

Do you think someone is trying to perpetrate a fraud on the American people when there is claim that Fox was the cause of the rush to judgement on Sherrod?

Maybe you think I'm really this dumb. Unfortunately for you I'm much too smart for you.

This was Breitbart and allies going after the NAACP just like he went after ACORN. I'm sure he'll post further equally fraudulent pieces about what ever liberal organization he thinks he can bring down next. Luckily it looks likes the real media isn't buying his lies ever again.

It must be hard to stay a twue believer after your only source of information has been shown to be liars.

Because sometimes you should rub salt in wounds:

Here's Andrew Breitbart defending his attack yesterday:

Here's the sleaze merchant furiously backpedaling today:

You must be talking to someone else, because my only source of information in anything Ive discussed is Sherrod herself. My comments have been concerned with the overreaction, not to the video itself.

God is breitbart a scumbag.

AnimusRex -> RE: Video Suggests Racism At NAACP Event (7/21/2010 9:29:03 PM)

FR-
Coming in late to the thread, but for me, the most succint analysis was on Rachel Maddow, where she pointed out that this was another example of the constant refrain of "White Oppression" we keep hearing on the Wingnut blogosphere, pushed endlessly by Rush; the Negrophobia that the GOP began embracing during the Nixon years.

The target of this tape wasn't Sherrod, it was targeted at frightening white people, trying to justify their fear and rage at black people.

Faux news!!! God humans are clever sometimes! Who coined that phrase I wonder.

AsmodaisSin -> RE: Video Suggests Racism At NAACP Event (7/22/2010 7:45:29 AM)

Interestingly enough, Bill O'Reilly apologized to Sherrod.

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/07/22/bill-oreilly-apologizes-t_n_655411.html

Interestingly enough his apology wasn't really an apology:

"I owe Ms. Sherrod an apology for not doing my homework, for not putting her remarks into the proper context," O'Reilly said, saying the "exact same thing" happened to him in 2007 around comments he made about black diners at Sylvia's restaurant in Harlem.

But O'Reilly opened up a new line of attack on Sherrod, claiming that her story about taking a white farmer to a white lawyer — what she called "his own kind" and "one of his own" — reveals a racially-tinged worldview.

"If a white public servant referenced 'his own kind' or 'one of his own' when speaking about an African American, that white person would be fired on the spot," O'Reilly said.

He apologized for not doing his homework about the full video.  He watched/read the rest of the transcript and found a lot of her comments and phrasing to be rather racially and POLITICALLY charged.

Owner59 -> RE: Video Suggests Racism At NAACP Event (7/22/2010 8:08:07 AM)

O`Reilly`s show always seems to be about O`Reilly.Yes he has subjects and guests but he`s always talking about his awesome self , before ya know it .

Why don`t you share with us, what it was Sharrod said that makes you think her comments and phrasing to be racially and POLITICALLY charged.

Do you think they were?

AsmodaisSin -> RE: Video Suggests Racism At NAACP Event (7/22/2010 8:12:25 AM)

What people on both sides of the fence seem to forget is that O'Reilly is a news commentator, an analyst.  He's not considered a reporter anymore.  He comments on the news...hence news commentator.

He's also talking about himself to sell books, pitch his tour with Beck, get money for charities, etc.  There's nothing wrong with that.

I think what he did was acceptable.  I felt the same way as he did.  Her language is very racially and politically charged, and for that reason alone, she should be looked at.

JstAnotherSub -> RE: Video Suggests Racism At NAACP Event (7/22/2010 8:12:25 AM)

Normally, other than Whoopi, I hate the cacklin hens on the View, but Sherrod is fixin to be on there speaking with them.

I hope she finds a way to say fuck you to everyone that caused her this pain over nothing.

Are you related to racistjim? Have you watched the tape in it's entirety? I am guessing, no?
