This is a vanilla Whatthefuckism, but
I work for a video game store and I have plenty of them. One of my major pet peeves is hearing "Is Mario on the 360? Why isn't it on the 360!?" which promptly makes me want to head desk,
But the worse ones are when we get phone calls and have to be tech support.
Warning: Bad grammar coming for the voice of the customer because...this is how they actually talk.
Customer: i just bought a XBOX from u gaiz and it dun work. i turned the TV on and it just sits there!
Me: Well Sir, do you have all the cables plugged in?
Customer: what cables? i thought you assholse said it was wireless!
Me: No sir, you have to plug cables into the TV and the wall for the system to run.
Customer: <insert random insult normally about my gender, age, or even sometimes race>why didn't u tell me that?!

Another is when people call and the first thing they say is, "I have a question." Well gee...why else would you be calling? :3 That's my little share.
