I want to complain that I've gained 2 lbs since my not so best friend moved in with me.  She's freaken cooking evil food and bringing bad snacks into my abode, things she knows I have an addiction to.  New rules will be set up soon, yeah, just after the next few five or six, seven dinners.  grrrrrrrrrrrrr.  Gold's Gym here I come.

I hate traffic.  Left yesterday at one in the afternoon.  Should have been home by four at the latest.  But nooooooo.  I can deal with normal Friday traffic and slowdowns.  I can't deal with an accident that completely shuts down a major highway causing ALL of the offshoot roads to also be bumper to bumper for hours.  Walked in my door at eight.  That just sucks.  I was hungry, tired and in a really bad mood.  Stupid traffic.

I want to complaint that no-one is answering the threads i usually frequent, which means i've had to start looking at other threads to keep me entertained while i wait for someone to respond to the association game and game of choices threads.  Come on people, i'm bored and have nothing better to do today! :(

I want to complain that:

1) Last night, I got trapped into keeping my friend's kid overnight.  I told her that I didn't think it was a good idea because I had things to do today and my unmentionables were going to their father's bright and early this morning.  She promised to be at my place first thing, swore on it, to get her kid.  After several unanswered calls and voice msgs left by me, she finally showed up at 1:45 p.m., hungover, no apology, and asking me to make her a sandwich.  [sm=sodoff.gif]   If her kid weren't there, I may very well have commited some sort of assault on her.  She better not even dream of contacting me for a long, damn time.

2) I bought a new mini-vac and the damn thing doesn't work on my carpet very well. 

3) I am either going to scream or cry if things don't straighten out soon.  I just wish my period would start so the fucking raging hormones would go back to normal.  [sm=river.gif]

I want to complain about the fact that I can't listen to the World Series on the radio... it's probably been this way for awhile, and I normally watch it on the tube anyway, but shouldn't it be on the radio?

I want to complain we have had 2 vehicles die this week,  both major repairs required so funeral to be later this week.

We do drive junkers as we prefer to own rather than owe, however 2 in one week?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Time to wander the streets looking for new old cars.

I want to complain that losing a pet is as hard as losing a family member. My dog, Caesar, had to be put down today and he has been a member of the family for 15 years.  While I am very glad that he is no longer suffering, I am still not quite used to the fact that he wont be there when I wake up.

Thank you both.  I have spent today going through old pictures of him. Amazing how much it helps to have all the old pictures. Between that and a 3 1/2 hour phone cal from angel where we talked about the most inane and vanilla topics ever invented (he is wonderful about that) I feel much much better.  I'll miss him.

And it IS a really great new pic DRH

Sorry, I just scrolled up and read about your pet.  I am very sorry to hear about it, I know that mine are just like part of the family also.  I almost lost one this week, and my heart breaks for you.

It's incredibly annoying when i'm posting in completedly different threads.  It's not my fault noone else posted a message in between.  And posts in the 'random stupidity' section are often not that long, epecially when you're doing the association game, last letters names, word game etc.  But when i get it 4 or 5 times in a row trying to paste the same message after typing in my answer, changing the colour and redoing that 4/5 times and i still get it!!  Grrrrrrr.  If it was the same thread then sure, i might understand the need for blocking potential spam.  But it's a different thread for goodness sake!!!!!
