I would like to make a formal complaint. As seen in Section 12, paragraph D, lines 16-19 in the yet to be written "Roolz of Complaint Procedures and Protocols," this complaint falls under the category of 'bitch and/or grumble.' The party of the first part, known heretofore as 'me' knowing full well and following all procedures, guidelines, protocols, ethics and morals as stated in all amendments and compendiums of the Fair Practice of Complaints, does hereby request from the party of the second part, heretofore known as 'others' that such others abide by the aforementioned procedures, guidelines, protocols, ethics and morals as stated in the Fair Practice of Complaints, doc. #69, dated sometime in the future. To wit: others, having partaken of the opportunities to complain have failed to insert $.02 into the box. (If you can't find the 'box' please make an appointment with the Box Sergeant so s/he can point it out to you.) It is imperative that $.02 be dropped into the box with each and every complaint. The reasons are really too numerous to mention, but the top three are: the department needs funding or it will go bankrupt and the right to complain will be taken from ALL of us. There are the bribes that must be paid out to the Enforcers and last but not least, there is a cute little slave in Nigeria that is in desperate need of plane tickets to get out of an abusive situation. Now, I know that you 'others' are fairly new at complaining, but please, read, read, read people. Once you are armed with knowledge then feel free to venture out, spreading.. whatever it is that you need to spread to bring enlightenment to humanity. Filed this day at this time, in triplicate. Original golden rod to main office, second carbon copy to be maintained and properly filed in field office. Bottom copy to be used in the East Wing men's room. Thank you for your consideration. i'd like to add a new complaint. Why is it that when ever i argue with some one, i can always come up with successful ways to make point in such a way that they cant degree with me and effectively shut up, it kind of pisses me off as i dont get a "you're right" i get a looks and then ignorance cos there's NOTHING they can say that i havent already covered. i mean take for example yesterday - my mother managed to sneak in to where i was sleeping, jerk me awake by screaming at me and then insulting/putting me down. Which of course put me on the war path all day. So i found her after i took a moment to collect myself and then went to create WW3 and effectively scare the other ppl in my house. (they all ran in hid in the back yard) i was even able to make the point that what she is showing is out of control temper/ bi polar behavior (its genetic you know <wg>) And that since she and i are my daughters biggest, most long standing role models how do we ever expect her to learn acceptable behavior if her mother and grandmother cant learn? i took out my pills and told her "this pill here.. can solve your problems.. magically" Argueing with my mother is like dodging bullets left and right which in return i fire back an uzi. each bullet a different arguement. Cept the difference between us is if she finds that she isnt making any head way with making her point, she fires off another bullet and changes the subject whereas i will argue to the ground about the same point. Our arguments usually ends when she refuses to speak because i've covered everything (even me acting like an ass) She's got literally nothing to say, so there is never any resolvement. i even, to i'm sure her aggravation, point out all my own failings as well as her failings and insult myself so there's no room for her to insult me and then let her know that it really unreasonble for her to insult me as its not proper adult behavior. That its unreasonable to think that if you start out a conversation with insults that the reciever is going to do anything but get defensive and pissed off, much less actually try and hear you. yeah i actually am filing a reaaaal rant. But only because i just had to have an easy going arguemnt and think up effective ways to show her that while what she is saying isnt unreasonable, but how she says it is. As well as some of the things she "expects" is completely outrageously unreasonable. She expects a 4 year old to only have to be told once. Uhhh as i pointed out, i've got to tell her the same thing 20 times.. so what in ones right mind makes them think a 4 year old would be any better then a grown adult? its RETARDED! Now i'm about to get back in touch and effectively end any other grievious yet irrational complaints she has with simply starting off with "can you do me a favor, when you get pissed off can you first step back and think about.. " ARG! i love my mother, yet i wish so much more then anyone could imagine that i grew up with my father instead of allowing my mother to kidnap me when i was 4. i wish he had raised me so, things could be more flip flopped and he'd be actually involved in my life instead of it being my mother. My mother will for some reason, find away to make things worse. My father on the other hand will step back look logically and intellgently at a problem (and if you ask him) relate to you what he thinks will solv the problem So YES!!!!! i'm lodging a REAL RANT! lol And it was actually supposed to be funny, but i'm actually really frustrated. And yes i'm ranting about my parents. And i'm ranting about a divorce that happened over 12 years ago! i mean really, if my mother hadnt come back after disappearing and then technically kidnap me and my father had actually been successful at kidnapping me back or he had been successful enough in slandering her in court the judge granted him custody of me (twas never an issue about where my brother was living) or had i that one foul day on my brothers 7th birthday not let my mother petrify me so much in what she was ranting and raving about that i would of told the cop, i want to be with my dad. AND i want to rant about some stupid cop and 2 parents forcing a petrified 4 year old in making such an adult decision. i think it really sucks. i will actually complain if anyone responds as i expect my mini tanturm to be over looked as i'm only posting cos i'm tired of not throwing tantrums. i'm also complaing that throwing a tantrum can be really gratifing at times

It wasn't overlooked, hon. Mother/daughter relationships can be tough or amazing. My Mother is a royal pain in the ass but my daughter is like mana from heaven, so I have both sides the one to mellow the other. The fact that my own daughter doesn't get along with my mother is a very telling thing. Anyway, don't need to get into that mess. Just wanted to let you know that your words were read, completely understood and I do empathize. The only thing I can say is try to keep breathing and fight the good fight. There is absolutely no explaining Mothers. ;) Celeste

i'm complaining! That you actually had the nerve to respond before i managed to share the rant with Himself and then chuckle over how i got so off point. Yeah mother/daughter r/s are tough. The only one i have to bounce off is Himself as he's alway pretty much calm cool and mellow and if he isnt, he walks away until he is. My daughter is high strung and intense like me. And when my mother and daughter get into it its like seperating two highly irrational 4 year olds. i will often hear from my mother "she's hit me first" or "she's yelling" i just want to smack my head and go "Doh!" i'm good though. As its not a newwwwww frustration just one that is here right now blowing my good mood LOL. One day Celeste i swear i am going to work things out. i am going to learn how to properly communicate with my mother and teach her how to communicate with the rest of the world so she actually gets heard. Arg! i refuse to hijack a happy thread with a real rant LOL There is no way in hell would that be okay lol. No more responses or i will be forced, as a part of my duty - to turn all into purle mutuant genderless mermaid cows and force everyone to play "find the flag"

Arg, i wish my mother would be as honest as yours. i've a new complaint - i think i shouldnt of used the terrible smashed up cars from the car accident out on the road to instruct my daugther WHY we follow certian car safety proceducures. i'd also like to complain about a gift i just recieved. Now while its really interesting and am happy to have it.. Its a sweater from ireland ( i live in sunny florida) and i am irish. Its an outrageously priced "clan" sweater of some Aran fabric. i really wish i could appreciate the value of the fabric! Now while the sweater is weaved in the clan weave, i dont actually like the weave. LOL i think its a silly weave. But the cool thing about it is, that back in the day in ireland, a clan would wear a weave and since the irish are mainly fisherman, its to sort out which clans the dead bodies belong too.

I want to complain about the amount of complaints being lodged. Now, room and board for complaints does not come cheap and they have a tendency to trash their rooms. I want to know who is going to pay for all of this? Complaints also have expensive tastes in food, clothes and other sundry items. They charge said items to their rooms. The bills keep climbing but I have yet to get a guarantee of payment from anyone. Also, I caught two complaints in the hot tub naked and having sex. While I am no prude the other guests (the bitches and the whines) took offense at the scene and I now face public lewdness charges as a result. A few complaints have had the nerve to call the front desk just to complain about something trivial. Now, I understand the rights of the complaints to have complaints but to actually give voice to these complaints is something that I feel is worth complaining about. The fact that they misbehave and then have the audacity to complain is paramount to complaining about complaints. This will not do. I therefore register a formal complaint about the complaints being lodged here and I haven't seen one thin dime from the complaint department. I want assurances. I want credit card numbers. I want drivers licenses. I am taking photographs of all the complaints that have been lodged and I am also hiring a private detective to find out where these complaints live. I have checked with my lawyer and he says I have a case against the originator of the thread for compensatory damages and pain and suffering for having to complain about complaining about complaints. It is my hope that this matter can be resolved without the need of a long and drawn out trial where we will have to enter every complaint into evidence. That will take time and money that could be better spent on paying me for the lodging of these complaints. I want swift action on this because I have other, good paying, customers that are ready to occupy the rooms that the complaints are now in. I don't want to sound like I am complaining.

To all parties on Collarme, You have shamed me. I, the man with the plan, have given Collarme an opportunity. Together, we could have reformed this site! Together, we could have eliminated the evils of multiple threads of complaints. My intentions were true, but you... you broke my heart. What could have been an epic has become a farce. What could have been the epitome of complaints, the ultimate tome of whiners, an all encompassing encyclopedia of gripes has become a forum for stupidity, superficiality, and nepotism. Had all of you done your part, and taken this seriously, we could have benefited from it. As it stands, the Moderators have demoted this valiant effort of this soldier against negativity, from general discussion to random stupidity. The onus is upon you, members of collarme, to stand up, take responsibility, and to post as seriously and with as much respect as I have shown in your threads. For the future, for our children, and for the aeon old traditions of BDSM, do not make light of this. Yours in mourning, benji

I finally come back from bottle collecting, so I could have the 0.02 cent fee Madam BitaTrouble demands, and no freaking box ! I am filing a complaint that the till box is not in an open and accessible area, therefore leading to the question is BitaTrouble actually trying to prevent open access to complaining. This will be reported to OSHA and the regualorty board of complaints. In the meantime, I am going to look into starting a union for we complainers that are being unduly stressed, have no complaining security and are being unfairly regulated by management. mbmbn
