No one has ever heard me advocate for nation-building in Iraq, Afghanistan, or anywhere else. Kill them Break their war machines. Leave. Repeat as necessary. As for the real enemy, no one seems to like it much when I speak frankly about Islam, which is THE enemy of borh Goad and man.... By the way, while we're identifying the real enemy, what do you think the Saudis would do if we landed a drone in the courtyard of the grand poobah mosque in Mecca and leat it set there a few hours before it burst into flames? Think they'd get the message??????

The U.S. has maintained enough troops to be able to handle War on 2 fronts, dating back to WWII. The budget has swollen, and will never deflate. Before that budget ever deflates, you'll see Americans paying taxes into the system and getting absolutely no domestic value for that, only the knowledge that the troops are getting what the troops need. Furthermore, if Israel is somehow able to convince/pressure the U.S. into fighting all their wars so that Israel doesn't have to come out of pocket, why shouldn't Israel do that? As long as U.S. taxpayers allow their blood to be shed, and U.S. taxmoney to pay for wars that benefit Israel, why should anything Change?

Do you know how much Saudi invests in America. Do you know how much oil you get from Saudi. Do you know how many billions of dollars America gains in trade. I am a poor typist, and a busy man. I often let my spelling errors stand. You are not likely, however, to find me making many errors of basic vocabulary. There, their, border, boarder, rain rein reign. Whatever. Are you aware of the origin of the 911 hijackers? Are you aware of the funding for the madrassas that provide the cannon fodder for the gomers? You are aware that I was responding to a post about identifying the "real enemy"? Business arrangements don't change that identification; they do promote a certain caution and reluctance to engage- thus my fanciful, even humorous musing about a possible warning, as opposed to an advocacy of immiediate military engagement.

The spanish-american war was the last war that the u.s. actually "won".

Which is all very odd, as I have never ever seen you post anything speaking out against Bush doing deals with the Saudis. The thread is about a possible attack on Iran, are you for, or against that idea ? If you check back many of us have pointed out that Saudi Arabia was more involved with 9/11 than Iraq. Bush and co seemed happy enough to overlook this though.
