I've been thinking about doing a "3 day juice diet" in the back of my mind. I think the longest I've fasted was 4 or 5 days though. I don't think I could do it for 30 days!
It's nice when you come off of it though, your stomach shrinks so you don't eat as much and I usually lose 5-7 lbs.
What kind of juice do you drink?

Seriously though, from someone who does a fast once a year....you're almost to the easier part....and you know how good you'll feel in the end (no pun intended).

You find this really beneficial?  Just curious if it might be something to look into; websites tell you all sorts of wonderful stories about the benefits, but it's better to hear from a real live person.

I generally do a 21 day fast and there really is no way to describe how good you feel afterward. The first few days are tough but after that it really gets pretty easy. When you do a long fast like that you have to make sure you are taking good quality supplements. It's not something anyone should just rush into without a LOT of research. It is also NOT a quick fix weight loss solution.

It is NEVER too hot for pasta!!!

I've been craving a big pan of lasagna myself. All that yummy melty cheese....

This weekend I've been asked to make a big pan of, from scratch, baked beans. LOTS of baconnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn!!!!

Oh, and I made banana bread last night. I think GD orgasmed when I pulled it out of the oven.
