Illegal actions don't always lead to jail time, just like BDSM doesn't always lead to injury and death. You engage in BDSM activities despite the risks. Obviously there's some OTHER reason you would refuse an order to do something illegal other than "it could have negative consequences".

I have not read all the responses...

However I don't think the "My Master/Dom made me do it" would go over well in court.

Someone wrote on here not too long ago-- and I totally forgot who it was, sorry-- but they said "Just because you're a submissive doesn't mean your brain fell out of your ear."

IMO.

The only issue I see with this, is that the person submitting may not have chosen someone as responsible as you to submit to.

At that point they either need to re-evaluate or face the (legal?) consequences.

I find the mental fuck just as enjoyable as really performing the act that could get us arrested.
