Yep, a good point. I think the year zero for the neocon thing was the publication of Futuyama's The End Of History, which was what, '91? '92? Presumably saint Ronnie of the monster deficit can't be a neocon given that. The really hilarious thing about your other point is that they then have the nerve to start whining about "tax and spend democrats". Presumably they're the "don't tax and bankrupt republicans"...
