From time to time, I have seen people here complaining of their profile pictures being copied and used in the profiles of others. It's been brought to my attention that this has happened to someone very close to me. How close? VERY close.

It's a nice picture that draws rave reviews from horny doms coast to coast, so maybe some of you have seen it:

Small, beautiful girl, naked from the waist up, long hair trailing down her back, facing away from the camera and leaning up against a yellow-green fire truck. The girl is wearing pants and leather wrist cuffs, and is not recognizable in the photo.

Anybody seen that in a profile? I took that picture of my girl and we've not given anyone permission to use it.

If anyone sees such a picture in a profile, would you please send me an email over on the other side of the site so the unauthorized usage can be reported to the mods? We sure would appreciate it.

Thanks,
Bob

Hi Bob,
I've had someone on here email me to tell me that he took my pics and set up an entire fake craigslist ad pretending to be me.  I've yet to find it and I know how you feel.  Violated.

Hey if anyone runs across my pics on craigslist let me know cause while it's me it's not me.

Sure you can, buddy! Was there something I said that precluded that?

I will keep my eye out for the slime sucking maggot. Get a life people... taking someone elses picture... come on, that is so lame it isn't worthy of being called lame.

Had it happen to me...

The profile was removed, but that doesn't mean the person won't open another account or that there are not other accounts out there that already have my pics up.

I knew when I placed my photos up that this was possible. I get upset, but not completely broken up about it at the same time.

i just wanted to add that it's a photograph of me, and that more often than not i keep my profile deactivated lately to stave off said horny doms, but thought i'd bring it up so as to clarify things. i'm going to barf if i turn up on some site advertised on the sides on collarme!

thank you all for your assistance in this. it's fairly icky to think of others using me like that.

I don't have a pic on my profile for many reasons, but if i did i would take it as a compliment that someone liked it enough to steal it and use it. That said, it sucks that people do this and i hope you find them so they can be banned for whatever site they use it on.

Question--if you haven't seen it used on a profile how do you know it was stolen?

Using someone elses photo in ones profile is unforgivable.

i received an email from someone alerting me that several people were using this photograph, but i've not yet been able to get back in touch with this person to find out who is doing the using.

thank you, Katy. the Rat and i are both rather fond of it, and i'm not usually too happy with photographs of myself (i'm not very photogenic). hopefully we find out who the superrats are that have pinched it!

had a gay friend some years back who did a bit of part time modelling......he was being chatted up online by someone and they decided to swap pictures. My friend was most surprised to find a picture of himself, taken from a modelling assignment earlier in the year, being sent to him as if it were the other chap. Would have loved to have seen the face when my mate told him who the picture really was......................

Apparently you are *quite* photogenic...with the right photographer.
