From a practical standpoint this isn't benefiting you at all. Having been in your shoes with a high level executive I don't advise that you sleep with him. In my situation he was enamored and wanted to 'mold' me. He was older and saw my 'potential' and didn't hide his interest. But I operate in dollars and cents and sleeping with someone usually will compromise that in a manner I wouldn't enjoy.
However, he spoke my language and offered positions that he felt would make me happy. The first was in his office in North Carolina. I declined. The next was of my own choosing in another department he was creating. I turned that down as well. My solution was leveraging my position and getting what I wanted in compensation with decreased office time and a position elsewhere should I desire to take it. I was able to do this because I knew what he wanted, had proven my ability to deliver, and wasn't thinking with my crotch. I think you're his rebound and even if it goes sour you'll pay a bigger price than he would. I'd avoid it and find another distraction instead.
