I see this thru the prism of what D/s is for me. As a domly-inclined type I'm mainly interested in submissively-inclined types who want to be about me, right? That makes sense, that I expect / desire that someone who ostensibly is feeling submissively towards me would want to find out what I want, like, expect, & etc & would want to service those needs & desires in whatever ways they're capable . . . . .
So, spontaneous vanilla-public shoe-licking would be a no-no, I'm not into ostentatious public-displays-of-affection either vanilla or any other flavor . .. . A sub who needs to show off their outre behavior to non-consenting vanillas would be a poor fit for me, I like more subtle rebellions . .. . .
& if someone was making overtures of subliness towards me, & knew that I prefer to be low-key, & yet did that anyway? I'd figure that person was an attention-whore for whom their attention-whoring was more important than their interest in me as a dominant & etc . . . . . .
