Come here for 5 years or more ( rough guess) now..and met my best female friend here (and slave)..and several other good friends.
Not eassy to find dutch friends here..but once you found them..I am glad our country is small enough to visit them with in a 2 hour drive :P

I met my guy from CM. I've also met a few other people from FetLife that also had a CM profile here. All of these people have been wonderful.

Even the socially dysfunctional can be successful on CM. Hell, even I have met a few from here, and I'm a chronic homebody! I get homesick just going to the grocery store.

If by "hook up" you mean face to face meeting and enjoying the friendship and company someone for a potential long term relationship, the "One". I've had the pleasure of meeting quite a few people here on CM and also that other website. Good people all.

I also met my tammystarm, kajira star here. We are 24/7 now.

The magic word is "honesty". Honesty to yourself and that potential One in all things.
