I am ambidextrous. Did you know that this is caused by brain damage according to some experts? I am okay with being brain damaged as long as I can still function... Leonardo Di Vinci was ambidextrous and so was Einstein...So was Tesla... so I am in good brain damaged company

i'm more impressed by the fact he is drawing looking at it upside down!

i'm more mixed handed than ambidextrous. i can write with both, and do a few other things with both hands, but there are some things i can only do with my right, and others i can only do with my left.

does that make me a bit weird?

In one of my higher level psych classes we had someone come in and teach us how to train our nondominant hand. It was rather interesting. Left handed people are more likely to pick it up quicker, but the premise was that anyone can learn to do it, although fine motor skills such as writing take longer. I have always been somewhat ambidextrous when it comes to everything except writing, and was predicted to be one of the ones that should have had the least amount of difficulty. But in the semester that we did this on and off, I didn't really master writing with my right hand that well.

I was forced to write with only one hand in third grade... it scarred me for the rest of my school years.
