The understandibly there are a far amount of people paid/volunteer that keep the information as accurate as possible. Some groups, like the US Border Patrol, assign someone to maintain the information as accurate, from the US Border Patrol.

Thorugh both Posse Comitatus Act, and one, 'a few' years before it: The Insurrenction Act. In 2006, both of these got modified, to expand the powers of the President; but the Insurrection Act (according to wikipedia), was later repealed back to the 1807 version (original). But hey, truckinslave, I'm posting what I believe is correct. If its not correct (according to you), then why dont you post, in detail, exactly were I am wrong. Not only correct the mistakes, but also present the....correct....understanding of both Acts. Presenting all, verifiable and legitimate sources with your arguement(s).
