Folks can we get this train wreck/fighting match back to at least include the words spelling or grammar, or do I kill the thread?

Heyyyy! Me and Miss Keanu Mary Quite Reeves were sort of on track!

Weren't we?

ETA: sorry, that should be 'Miss Keanu Mary Quite Reeves and I were sort of on track'.

You can't spell and/or you have bad grammar... this means I get to insult you...

(I think this is on topic, right)

Would you look at this I start a very basic thread I guess it is called sit back and await my moderation to be lifted and low and behold the same off topic  hissing matches are going on. seems I could ask something like should blueberry ice cream be pink and it would be taken around the world everywhere but what the base question is. "is it alright to insult someone for spelling "of " grammatical error if not why?"

Oh sorry. There was no mention of said post, still not sure what post it was, but no biggie. I didnt know something I mentioned was pulled or that there was that rule either. Thanks for the clarification. This thread was getting soooooo-ooo funny and cute up to page 10 and now it's not so funny anymore. Maybe kill the thread, shooter ded. Or how about spell, grammar, comma, period, editors, dcnovice...

No - it's not right to insult someone for grammar or spelling errors. It's not right to insult anyone for anything. I think most of us have insulted someone and will do so again. That doesn't make it right. It is possible to point out error without insult.

You've mastered the art of tact when you can tell someone to go to hell and have them thank you for giving their life direction.

Would this be a good time to ask..........why are posts being pulled from a thread in P&RS?

This is also the definition of truly refined Southern women:

Heh-I've just noticed that the question is loaded-he only asks why you hold your opinion if you agree with him.

Bad form, OP, bad form.

ETA: poke a fork in it, hey, Julia? If I were a bad person I would almost take that as some kind of...euphemism...

As with many other occasions on the boards, even when an OP only wants to hear answers that agree, they are going to get the answers that people want to give.  Not especially only the ones that an OP wants to get.

My answer remains pretty much the same.  As long as I abide within the rules of TOS, it's not an issue.

Actually I was going through my emails and I found the one for my post being pulled and it actually said I insulted someone. Cant remember who I insulted or what I said though.
