Ok, I dont think you quite understood the arguement. This is an arguement regarding the 14th, NOT, the 2nd. I put in, that conservatives want to change the 14th, to their view point. So I simply took one of two amendments, that they would NEVER, want to have changed, by a liberal. It basically means, for them to stop and think, that if they do so on the 14th, liberals can then go to the 2nd, and modify it. Now, how dangerous do you think either action is for the nation, both now, and 50 years down the road?

In other news (and on topic), Mr. Anderson Cooper had a interview with Rep. Louie Gohmert of Texas. To his credit, Mr. Cooper remains professional, and on topic. This guy is totally wacko on the subject. No evidence, no links, no persons, nothing. Just a bunch of conspiracies; which is to say, things are 'normal' in the conservative camp this week.

Boy, that Debbie Riddle is not that difficult to figure out. I'm so ashamed of my home state sometimes. I never heard of either of these people, but they are obviously certifiable. Thanks for the link, I do like Anderson Cooper!

The fact that Anderson Cooper had a person to say there was no credible, tangible evidence that any terrorist group was sending women to the US to have children who are born as US citizens to be taken back and raised to be terrorists.

And I have thought that some of the conspiracy theories posted in this forum were bizarre.

If he wasn't in the House of Representatives it would have been fucking funny. Still, there has to be padded cell with his name on it.

If that was my Representative, I'd be asking him to explain himself. As he doesn't just represent his district, but, the whole of his state. And there are plenty of Republicans that want this guy back in office. Someone who makes wild accusations, with no hard evidence, and then expects people to go along with him.

He may be a rep for the state of Texas, but he's not MY rep, I didn't vote for him and I refuse to take responsibility. I don't understand people that act like that. It's a simple question. Everyone is expected provide sources and references, unless it's somebody in a major corporation that's going to be offed for revealing externalities that are causing serious health impacts to the surrounding community. But even then, those guys show why or how they know such and such. That guy was an idiot. He must be from Connecticut too!

tommy, just because you cant argue your way out of a paper bag doesnt mean others are exactly like you. The last few times we matched posts i proved my point extremely well. the fact that you couldnt see it past your own personal bias was very obvious... and really must have pissed you off since you are still attempting to goad others into arguments.

Tazzy, I have tried on a few occasions to post an agreement to some point you made or other, because I often agree with you... but even when I agree with you I find your way of debating often undercuts your position... so no, I don't think in this case it is because I suffer from a "bias". I am actually not biased against you.

No one was speaking of a bias against me. We see certain issues from different ends, on that im sure you can at least agree. I have made a concentrated effort not to demean or belittle anyone's point of view... simply offered up facts as i find them

I have no clue about you or your life, nor am i asking now. But because i state that i am against illegal immigration, according to some i am a bigot. Its extremely interesting to see how some seem to know me so well that they can make such a statement against me, or anyone else for that matter. Even more interesting that you can decide im panicked and hysterical. In that, i do think you have shown a bias, not against me, but towards your own thinking and refusing to admit there are more than even two sides to an issue.
