They absolutely are within their Constitutional rights and I strongly advocate that we need to keep those rights for everyone whether they are a Christian proselytizing, a Muslim promoting Sharia law, an Atheist explaining that your beliefs are unjustified or someone fed up telling the rest of us to fuck off.

Dont you even read your own links ?  Pelosi is clear about investigating the funding to BOTH sides.
