Make up your mind where you want to stand: We're no longer in a recession, or we're in a recovery? It's not an either/or proposition, as you seem to be suggesting. All the evidence I've seen, including the link that you yourself posted, appears to indicate that while the economy is levelling off, which is all to the good of course, a real recovery is still more of a hope (finally) than a certainty.
