Seriously, folks.  Those who have never tried them really shouldn't complain / vomit /etc.

Very similar in texture and flavor to chicken (what isn't? LOL) gizzards.  They are sliced before cooking so that they don't appear on the table as a giant meat-ball..... get it?  meat-BALL.  Sliced about 1/8th inch thick - quick-fried.  Dipping sauce.... YUM!

Another method of prep is to chunk 'em up, 1/4" cubes.  Add to stew or soup as you would any beef meat.  NOT a strong flavor..... and the protein, the protein....

A hard dick is good to find...  or is it a good dick is hard to find?

The "length" of my investigation is directly proportionate to my interest in the client...  er...  I mean, my interest in the case.  It also depends what "tools" I need to use to  "probe" to the "bottom" of matters so you are completely satisfied with your private dick.   In your case I suspect it would endless hours of probing and oral interrogation to get every last juicy detail.
