The case is dismissed.

Either someone was walking by and threw it in without my knowledge or whatever happened. I didn't do it, you can see my bags of aluminum cans in the yard.

Boom bang, I can take a judge with that stance, and using the power of public record. They will issue a warrant, you see I will similarly respond on paper, and then they can't just make it disappear. Get the fucking point ? Once they generate a case number, I respond, but I do it in a way that it can remain in public record. There are exceptions but those generate appeals and no judge wants that.

And there are legal premeses upon which you can stand to beat any machine reported offense. You can simply say, bring on the witness. I know people have been in court for speeding and subpeonaed the RADAR detector. When it clocked the court room wall doing 90MPH there was no credible evidence for the prosecution. This is how it works. It's all a money game, they are looking for the stupid people who will just pay up.

Just like camera tickets, so easy to beat it's not funny. (easier than the IRS) I loaned my car out, find that dude at the very least. But there are ways, other ways when you can use much more finesse' and win to the point where they won't bother you anymore.

And what's more as of a few months ago we have to pay about a hundred bucks a year for garbage pickup. Fuck you, YOU sort it out then.

My Dad told me not to take shit from anybody, and I specifically asked if that included Ma. He said yres, that means these assholes are dogmeat. So you know what I am going to do ? Exactly what I have been doing since I was about 12, any goddam thing I want whenever I want.

When that ends, I end. That is what the fuck I said, my freedom is more importaant than my life. When you think the same, the world will right itself.

Does anyone take down the garage sale sign they put on a telephone post?

I have tore down about 10 of them so far this year.

They put them up and never take them down. What am I the butler?

I hope they do that here. I'll take my recyclable bin to the park with me for the day or maybe throw it on a wagon and take it for a walk. Let them figure that one out.

I do tho get bothered by people burning garbage here.

Supposedly paper- but they burn plastics. Too cheap to by garbage pick up. Besides much can be recycled.

One guy put up a sign so big it blocked the view to see traffic. They fly down the street- very few cars will stop to read the small print- and even if they tried they would get rear ended.

It is unlawful to post on the poles- but heck even the mail man posted a sign there.
